Change in Credit and Collection Policy. At least thirty (30) days prior to the effectiveness of any material change in or material amendment to the Credit and Collection Policy, a copy of the Credit and Collection Policy then in effect and a notice (A) indicating such change or amendment, and (B) if such proposed change or amendment would be reasonably likely to adversely affect the collectibility of the Receivables or decrease the credit quality of any newly created Receivables, requesting the Agent's consent thereto.
Change in Credit and Collection Policy. At least ten (10) Business Days prior to the date any material change in or amendment to the Credit and Collection Policy is made, a copy of the Credit and Collection Policy then in effect indicating such change or amendment.

Promptly following any material change in the Credit and Collection Policy, the Borrower will deliver a copy of the updated Credit and Collection Policy to the Administrative Agent and each Lender.

Such Originator will not make any material change in the Credit and Collection Policy without prior written consent of the Administrative Agent and the Majority Lenders. Promptly following any change in the Credit and Collection Policy, such Originator will deliver a copy of the updated Credit and Collection Policy to the Buyer, Administrative Agent and each Lender.

The Seller will not make any material change in the Credit and Collection Policy that could be reasonably expected to impair the collectability of the Pool Receivables without the prior written consent of the Administrative Agent and the Majority Purchasers. Promptly following any change in the Credit and Collection Policy, the Seller will deliver a copy of the updated Credit and Collection Policy to the Administrative Agent and each Purchaser.
Change in Credit and Collection Policy. Prior to its effective date, each Seller Party will furnish to each Agent, notice of (i) any material change in the character of such Seller Party’s business, and (ii) any material change in the Credit and Collection Policy;
Change in Credit and Collection Policy. Except to the extent required by Applicable Law (in which case each Servicers shall give prompt written notice thereof to the Administrative Agent), the Servicers will not make any change to the Credit and Collection Policy that would reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect without the prior written consent of the Administrative Agent and the Majority Group Agents. Promptly following any material change in the Credit and Collection Policy, the Servicers will deliver a copy of the updated Credit and Collection Policy identifying such material change to the Administrative Agent and each Group Agent.
Change in Credit and Collection Policy. The Collection Agent will not make any change in the character of its business or Credit and Collection Policy or any Contract that would impair the collectibility of any Pool Receivable or the enforceability of any related Contract or the ability of United Rentals (if it is acting as Collection Agent) to perform its obligations under this Agreement.
