Computer Training Clause Samples

The Computer Training clause establishes the obligation for an employer or service provider to offer instruction or education on the use of specific computer systems, software, or technology relevant to the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the scope of training, such as which employees are eligible, the duration or format of the training sessions, and any materials or support provided. Its core function is to ensure that all relevant personnel are adequately prepared to use required technology, thereby minimizing operational disruptions and enhancing productivity.
Computer Training. Where computers are introduced into the workplace and where nurses are required to utilize those computers in the course of their duties, the Employer agrees to pay 100% of the full tuition/program cost of the Employer approved training for the nurses involved.
Computer Training. Where the use of computer technology is introduced or required in the performance of employee duties and responsibilities, the Employer shall provide training opportunities and technical support to ensure involved employees have the opportunity to achieve the level of proficiency required to meet the employee’s job duties and responsibilities.
