Rate of Accrual. ‌ Full-time employees who have been in pay status for eighty (80) non-overtime hours in a calendar month will accrue annual leave according to the rate schedule below. Annual leave accrual for part-time employees will be proportionate to the number of hours the part-time employee is in pay status during the month to that required for full-time employment.

The accrual rate for any employee who is currently receiving a higher rate of vacation accrual will not be retroactively adjusted. All previously accrued vacation will remain to the employee's credit. The prospective accrual rate will be adjusted effective with the pay period that begins June 26, 1994.

Rate of Accrual. Each employee shall be entitled to sick leave. Such leave shall be earned on an hourly basis and computed at the rate of ninety-six (96) hours per year. Such sick leave must be approved by the appointing authority.
Rate of Accrual. Regular, permanent, full-time employees shall accrue sick leave on an hourly basis equivalent to a rate of up to eight (8) hours per month, not to exceed ninety- six (96) hours in any calendar year (8 hours per month X 12 months = 96 hours per year). Such sick leave shall be based on a pro-rata share of time worked on a full-time work schedule.
