Accrued Vacation. Policy: Director Level and Above

Accrued Vacation shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.5.

Accrued Vacation means the vacation time (i.e., the number of weeks or days) a pilot is 8 accumulating in a vacation year for use in the next vacation year. The accrual rate for 9 such vacation is determined by the number of years of continuous employment the pilot 10 completed before April 1st of the vacation year.

• Accrued vacation, holiday and overtime benefits shall be paid out on the day of resignation or on the next regular pay day where the resignation day and pay day are not the same.

Accrued Vacation means that entitlement accruing to an employee’s credit during the current vacation year.

Accrued Vacation means all vacation and paid time-off days that were, consistent with the Seller’s past practice, earned by Transferred Employees and accrued on the Financial Statements in respect of the period beginning on January 1, 2012 and ending on the Closing Date.

Accrued Vacation means all Liability for Transferred Employees for accrued vacation as of the Closing Date determined in accordance with the Closing Account Principles.

Accrued Vacation has the meaning specified in Section 8.3(f).
