Maximum Limit. A Participant may make After-Tax Employee Contributions up to: 🞎 (i) % of Plan Compensation 🞎 (ii) $ for the following period: 🞎 (iii) the entire Plan Year. 🞎 (iv) the portion of the Plan Year during which the Employee is eligible to participate. 🞎 (v) each separate payroll period during which the Employee is eligible to participate.
Maximum Limit. The amount covered by this Guaranty for all Obligations in respect of the aggregate of all Transactions under the Gas Contract that ever shall be required to be paid by Guarantor shall not exceed $_____________ (the "Maximum Limit"); provided, this Guaranty shall cover and Guarantor shall pay, in addition to the Maximum Limit, all reasonable expenses, including, without limitation, attorneys' fees, court costs and similar costs, of Contract Party in the event of judgment, settlement or other enforcement against Guarantor. The Maximum Limit shall not be affected by the number or type of outstanding Transactions or the holding or application of any collateral by Contract Party.

Maximum Limit. Notwithstanding the limits stated in the separate sections of this policy, the overall maximum limit per injury or sickness shall not exceed one million dollars ($1,000,000) CAD.

Maximum Limit. Subject to Clauses 2.1 and 2.2, and save as may result from changes in currency exchange rates after the issue of Letters of Credit (in which event collateralisation will be required for any excess), the Sterling Equivalent Amount of the Letters of Credit issued under this Agreement shall not at any time exceed £235,000,000.
Maximum Limit. Appiant will notify User when User's Portal is approaching or exceeds the maximum limit. Thereafter, if such User exceeds the maximum storage capacity, Appiant may (i) provide additional storage to Client at the fees set forth in the applicable SOW (or if no fees indicated, at Appiant's then-current standard rates); or (ii) bounce email messages, fax messages, voice-mail messages, calendar content, and other content, as applicable, from the affected User's Portal, at Appiant's discretion.
