Rate Schedule. This Service Agreement in all respects shall be and remain subject to the applicable provisions of Rate Schedule CDS and of the General Terms and Conditions of Pipeline's FERC Gas Tariff on file with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, all of which are by this reference made a part hereof. Customer shall pay Pipeline, for all services rendered hereunder and for the availability of such service in the period stated, the applicable prices established under Pipeline's Rate Schedule CDS as filed with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, and as same may hereafter be legally amended or superseded. Customer agrees that Pipeline shall have the unilateral right to file with the appropriate regulatory authority and make changes effective in (a) the rates and charges applicable to service pursuant to Pipeline's Rate Schedule CDS, (b) Pipeline's Rate Schedule CDS pursuant to which service hereunder is rendered or (c) any provision of the General Terms and Conditions applicable to Rate Schedule CDS. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Customer does not agree that Pipeline shall have the unilateral right without the consent of Customer subsequent to the execution of this Service Agreement and Pipeline shall not have the right during the effectiveness of this Service Agreement to make any filings pursuant to Section 4 of the Natural Gas Act to change the MDQ specified in Article I, to change the term of the agreement as specified in Article II, to change Point(s) of Receipt specified in Article IV, to change the Point(s) of Delivery specified in Article IV, or to change the firm character of the service hereunder. Pipeline agrees that Customer may protest or contest the aforementioned filings, and Customer does not waive any rights it may have with respect to such filings. Rate Schedule. The attached rate schedule (Exhibit A) limits the number of students that may be enrolled and maximum dollar amount of the contract. It may also limit the maximum number of students that can be provided specific services. Per Diem rates for students whose IEPs authorize less than a full instructional day may be adjusted proportionally. In such cases only, the adjustments in basic education rate shall be based on the required minimum number of minutes per grade level as noted in California Education Code Section 46200-46208. Special education and/or related services offered by CONTRACTOR, shall be provided by qualified personnel as per State and Federal law, and the codes and charges for such educational and/or related services during the term of this contract, shall be as stated in Exhibit A.
Rate Schedule. ‌ The Employer agrees to pay all persons covered by the terms of this Agreement, not less than the Wages outlined in Appendix “A” during such time as the Agreement is in force.

Rate Schedule. “Union's C1 Rate Schedule” or the “C1 Rate Schedule” or “C1” shall mean Union’s C1 Rate Schedule, (including the Storage and Transportation Rates, Schedule “A 2010” (“General Terms and Conditions”), Schedule “B 2010”(“Nominations”), and Schedule “C 2010”(“Receipt and Delivery Points and Pressures”)), or such other replacement rate schedule which may be applicable to the Transportation Services provided hereunder as approved by the Ontario Energy Board, and shall apply hereto, as amended from time to time, and which is incorporated into this Contract pursuant to Section 5.03 hereof.
Rate Schedule a) The Prime Consultant, and all sub-consultants, will provide a Rate Schedule in the form provided in Attachment VI. The Consultant shall provide an average and maximum (for the term of this agreement) direct hourly rate of compensation for the categories of personnel listed below for the term of this Agreement. Rate Schedule. The Company agrees to pay all persons covered by the terms of this Agreement, not less than the attached schedule of wages during such time as the Agreement is in force and provided that, if an employee is receiving a wage rate in excess of the rates herein contained, such wage rate shall not be reduced by reason of the signing of the Agreement. The parties agree that Appendix “A” does not prevent the implementation of additional premiums or other incentives as determined by the Company from time to time.
