Hour paid definition

Hour paid or "hours paid" means a work hour or work hours for which a person is paid wages or is entitled to be paid wages for work performed within the City, including paid vacation hours and paid sick leave hours, but not exceeding 172 hours in a single month. For salaried persons, "hours paid" shall be calculated based on a 40-hour work week for a full-time employee.
