Performance Review Meetings. DIR may require the Vendor to attend periodic meetings to review the Vendor’s performance under the Contract, at DIR’s discretion. The meetings may be held within the Austin, Texas area at a date and time mutually acceptable to DIR and the Vendor or by teleconference. DIR shall bear no cost for the time and travel of the Vendor for attendance at the meeting.

DIR Cost Avoidance As part of the performance measures reported to state leadership, DIR must provide the cost avoidance the State has achieved through the Contract. Upon request by DIR, Vendor shall provide DIR with a detailed report of a representative sample of service sold under the Contract. The report shall contain: service description, list price, price to Customer under the Contract.
Performance Review Meetings. 8.1 A timetable of annual Performance Review Meetings will be established between CFS and Health Boards. The following key personnel should be present; Director of Finance, FLO and CFC. Health Boards may also wish to include the Medical Director and other representatives from; Human Resources, Primary Care, Staff Side and Audit. At these meetings all aspects of CFS’ performance will be reviewed.
Performance Review Meetings. (a) Performance review meetings may be held between the Agent and the Director General as determined by the Director General in consultation with the Agent to discuss performance and other issues associated with the Services which may be identified through auditing, performance and compliance review, or any other means of performance monitoring undertaken by the Director General.

The Parties shall attend Performance Review Meetings to discuss the quarterly performance monitoring reports on a [three (3) / six (6) / twelve (12) Monthly – specify as appropriate for the Contract] basis (unless otherwise agreed). The Performance Review Meetings will be the forum for the review by the Supplier and the Council of the performance monitoring reports and the level of service which has been achieved against agreed Service Standards. The Performance Review Meetings shall (unless otherwise agreed) take place at such location and time (within normal business hours) as the Council shall reasonably require and shall be attended by the Supplier's Contract Manager and the Council's Contract Manager, or in the event that they are unable to attend a nominated Authorised Officer of equal status as the Contract Manager. Performance Review Meetings. 18.1 The Council and the Contractor agree to afford each other all reasonable assistance to perform their respective obligations under the Contract and use their reasonable endeavours to avoid any failure or likely failure in the performance of their respective requirements. The performance of the Contractor shall be monitored against the Key Performance Indicators set out in the Specification and recorded at Performance Review Meetings to be convened by the Supervising Officer at quarterly intervals (“Review Period”) on pre-scheduled dates and to be conducted in a strictly professional and courteous manner. Performance Review Meetings shall be attended by the Supervising Officer and the Contract Manager or their nominated representatives and shall be chaired by the Supervising Officer. The Supervising Officer may invite such representatives of the Council as he or she may reasonably require and the Contract Manager may invite such representatives of the Contractor as he or she may reasonably require.
Performance Review Meetings. During the Supply Term, AutoZone, Midas and Midas franchisees (or their designated representatives) shall hold semi-annual meetings ("Performance Review Meetings") for purposes of discussing any issues of concern. The location of the Performance Review Meetings shall alternate between Memphis, Tennessee, and Itasca, Illinois. Changes in the frequency and location of such meetings may be mutually agreed to by Midas and AutoZone.
Performance Review Meetings. 5.1.1. The Parties agree that the Key Project Personnel together with such representatives from CREST shall conduct obligatory performance review meetings on a monthly basis throughout the Term, which may be held either (a) by means of a telephone conference or similar communications equipment by means of which all persons participating in the meeting can hear one another, without a Party being in the physical presence of another Party; or (b) by the Parties physically meeting together at a designated location (collectively referred to as “Performance Review Meetings”).
