Information Returns definition

Information Returns means a document required to be filed to report certain business transactions to a Taxing Authority; provided, however, that Information Returns shall not include any documents required to be filed in connection with Payroll Based Taxes.
Information Returns shall have the meaning ascribed in the Tax Agreement.
Information Returns means, with respect to any entity or group of entities, any and all reports, returns, declarations or other filings (other than Tax Returns), including but not limited to, federal and state wage reporting, employment and unemployment Tax Returns (e.g. IRS Forms 940, 941, W-2, W-3 and their state and local equivalents) as well as reports of payments made (e.g. IRS Forms 1099 and 1042), that are required under applicable law to be supplied to any Taxing Authority.

  • Privacy Statements means, collectively, any and all of the Company’s privacy statements and policies published on Company websites or products or otherwise made available by the Company regarding the collection, retention, use and distribution of the personal information of individuals, including, without limitation, from visitors or users of any Company websites or products (“Individuals”);

  • Quarterly Reports The Contractor shall submit a Quarterly Report electronically to the Participating State/Entity within 30 days of the end of the quarter. The Participating State/Entity reserves the right to require the Contractor to provide additional reports within 30 days written notice as mutually agreed to by the parties. Failure to provide the Quarterly Report or other reports requested by the Participating State/Entity may result in the Contractor being found in default and may result in termination of this Addendum. Sales will be reviewed on a quarterly basis. Should no sales be recorded in two consecutive contract quarters, the Participating State/Entity may terminate this Addendum. The reporting periods coincide with the State of Florida’s fiscal year which is July 1st through June 30th of each year. The quarters are divided as follows:  1st Quarter – July 1st through September 30th  2nd Quarter – October 1st through December 31st  3rd Quarter – January 1st through March 31st  4th Quarter – April 1st through June 30th

  • ABS Informational and Computational Material means any written communication as defined in Item 1101(a) of Regulation AB under the 1933 Act and the 1934 Act, as may be amended from time to time.

  • Electronic and Information Resources means information resources, including information resources technologies, and any equipment or interconnected system of equipment that is used in the creation, conversion, duplication, or delivery of data or information. The term includes telephones and other telecommunications products, information kiosks, transaction machines, Internet websites, multimedia resources, and office equipment, including copy machines and fax machines.

  • Pool Information means the mortgage pool information reflected in the Master Tapes and the Prospectus Supplement. “Master Tapes” shall mean the respective compilations of information and data regarding the Mortgage Loans covered by the Independent Accountants’ Reports on Applying Agreed-Upon Procedures dated the date of the Preliminary FWP and the date hereof, respectively, rendered by a third party accounting firm described in Section 6(h)(ii) of this Agreement.

  • Tax return preparer means any individual described in Section 7701(a)(36) of the Internal Revenue Code and 26 C.F.R. 301.7701-15 .
