Tax Information means federal and State of Colorado tax information including, without limitation, federal and State tax returns, return information, and such other tax-related information as may be protected by federal and State law and regulation. Tax Information includes, but is not limited to all information defined as federal tax information in Internal Revenue Service Publication 1075.
Tax Returns The federal income tax return on Internal Revenue Service Form 1066, U.S. Real Estate Mortgage Investment Conduit Income Tax Return, including Schedule Q thereto, Quarterly Notice to Residual Interest Holders of REMIC Taxable Income or Net Loss Allocation, or any successor forms, to be filed on behalf of any REMIC formed under the Series Supplement and under the REMIC Provisions, together with any and all other information, reports or returns that may be required to be furnished to the Certificateholders or filed with the Internal Revenue Service or any other governmental taxing authority under any applicable provisions of federal, state or local tax laws. Transfer: Any direct or indirect transfer, sale, pledge, hypothecation or other form of assignment of any Ownership Interest in a Certificate.
Income Tax Returns mean all Tax Returns that relate to Income Taxes.
Tax Return means any return, declaration, report, claim for refund, or information return or statement relating to Taxes, including any schedule or attachment thereto, and including any amendment thereof.
Reports means the reports described in Schedule B as well as any other reports or information required to be provided under LHSIA or this Agreement;
Annual Information means the information specified in Section 3 hereof. “EMMA” shall mean the Electronic Municipal Market Access System
Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.07.
Accounting Information means (a) the annual audited consolidated financial statements of the Group and (b) the quarterly unaudited consolidated financial statements of the Group, each as provided or (as the context may require) to be provided to the Bank in accordance with clause 5.1.4;
Information Regulator means the Regulator established in terms of section 39 of POPIA;
Program Information means all non-public Fund or CMA information provided to Supplier for the purposes of Supplier’s provision of Services hereunder, including, without limitation, data entered into Supplier’s system or those systems of its Subcontractors.
Income Tax Return means any return, declaration, report, claim for refund, or information return or statement relating to Income Taxes, including any schedule or attachment thereto, and including any amendment thereof.
Returns means the amounts yielded by an investment and in particular, though not exclusively, includes profit, interest, capital gains, dividends, royalties and fees;
Benchmarking Information means information generated by Portfolio Manager, as herein defined including descriptive information about the physical building and its operational characteristics.
Environmental Information Regulations means the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 and any guidance and/or codes of practice issued by the Information Commissioner or relevant government department in relation to such regulations.
Appendix Information means the information which must be provided for the selected modules as set out in the Appendix of the Approved EU SCCs (other than the Parties), and which for this Addendum is set out in: Annex 1A: List of Parties: As above.Annex 1B: Description of Transfer: As above.Annex II: Technical and organisational measures including technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of the data: As above.Annex III: List of Sub processors (Modules 2 and 3 only): N/ATable 4: Ending this Addendum when the Approved Addendum ChangesEnding this Addendum when the Approved Addendum changesWhich Parties may end this Addendum as set out in Section 19: ImporterExporter neither Party
Information Resources means any and all computer printouts, online display devices, mass storage media, and all computer-related activities involving any device capable of receiving email, browsing Web sites, or otherwise capable of receiving, storing, managing, or transmitting Data including, but not limited to, mainframes, servers, Network Infrastructure, personal computers, notebook computers, hand-held computers, personal digital assistant (PDA), pagers, distributed processing systems, network attached and computer controlled medical and laboratory equipment (i.e. embedded technology), telecommunication resources, network environments, telephones, fax machines, printers and service bureaus. Additionally, it is the procedures, equipment, facilities, software, and Data that are designed, built, operated, and maintained to create, collect, record, process, store, retrieve, display, and transmit information.
Staffing Information in relation to all persons identified on the Supplier's Provisional Supplier Personnel List or Supplier's Final Supplier Personnel List, as the case may be, such information as the Department may reasonably request (subject to all applicable provisions of the DPA), but including in an anonymised format: (a) their ages, dates of commencement of employment or engagement, gender and place of work; (b) details of whether they are employed, self employed contractors or consultants, agency workers or otherwise; (c) the identity of the employer or relevant contracting Party; (d) their relevant contractual notice periods and any other terms relating to termination of employment, including redundancy procedures, and redundancy payments; (e) their wages, salaries, bonuses and profit sharing arrangements as applicable; (f) details of other employment-related benefits, including (without limitation) medical insurance, life assurance, pension or other retirement benefit schemes, share option schemes and company car schedules applicable to them; (g) any outstanding or potential contractual, statutory or other liabilities in respect of such individuals (including in respect of personal injury claims); (h) details of any such individuals on long term sickness absence, parental leave, maternity leave or other authorised long term absence; (i) copies of all relevant documents and materials relating to such information, including copies of relevant Agreements of employment (or relevant standard Agreements if applied generally in respect of such employees); and (j) any other “employee liability information” as such term is defined in regulation 11 of the Employment Regulations;
Privacy Statements means, collectively, any and all of the Company’s privacy statements and policies published on Company websites or products or otherwise made available by the Company regarding the collection, retention, use and distribution of the personal information of individuals, including, without limitation, from visitors or users of any Company websites or products (“Individuals”);
information folder means the complete folder, including the information document, file, data, drawings, photographs, and so on, supplied by the applicant, it being permissible to supply the information folder in the form of an electronic file;
Identification Information means, for an individual - the passport/ID information specified while the Client Registration.
SOS Reports means the official reports from the Secretaries of State of each Collateral State, Chief Executive Office State and the Borrower State and other applicable federal, state or local government offices identifying all current security interests filed in the Collateral and Liens of record as of the date of such report.
Quarterly Reports The Contractor shall submit a Quarterly Report electronically to the Participating State/Entity within 30 days of the end of the quarter. The Participating State/Entity reserves the right to require the Contractor to provide additional reports within 30 days written notice as mutually agreed to by the parties. Failure to provide the Quarterly Report or other reports requested by the Participating State/Entity may result in the Contractor being found in default and may result in termination of this Addendum. Sales will be reviewed on a quarterly basis. Should no sales be recorded in two consecutive contract quarters, the Participating State/Entity may terminate this Addendum. The reporting periods coincide with the State of Florida’s fiscal year which is July 1st through June 30th of each year. The quarters are divided as follows: 1st Quarter – July 1st through September 30th 2nd Quarter – October 1st through December 31st 3rd Quarter – January 1st through March 31st 4th Quarter – April 1st through June 30th
ABS Informational and Computational Material means any written communication as defined in Item 1101(a) of Regulation AB under the 1933 Act and the 1934 Act, as may be amended from time to time.
Electronic and Information Resources means information resources, including information resources technologies, and any equipment or interconnected system of equipment that is used in the creation, conversion, duplication, or delivery of data or information. The term includes telephones and other telecommunications products, information kiosks, transaction machines, Internet websites, multimedia resources, and office equipment, including copy machines and fax machines.
Pool Information means the mortgage pool information reflected in the Master Tapes and the Prospectus Supplement. “Master Tapes” shall mean the respective compilations of information and data regarding the Mortgage Loans covered by the Independent Accountants’ Reports on Applying Agreed-Upon Procedures dated the date of the Preliminary FWP and the date hereof, respectively, rendered by a third party accounting firm described in Section 6(h)(ii) of this Agreement.
Tax return preparer means any individual described in Section 7701(a)(36) of the Internal Revenue Code and 26 C.F.R. 301.7701-15 .
