Annual Performance Review. The Employee’s performance of his duties under this Agreement shall be reviewed by the Board of Directors or a committee of the Board of Directors at least annually and finalized within thirty (30) days of the receipt of the annual audited financial statements. The Board of Directors or a committee of the Board of Directors shall additionally review the base salary, bonus and benefits provided to the Employee under this Agreement and may, in their discretion, adjust the same, as outlined in Addendum B of this Agreement, provided, however, that Employee’s annual base salary shall not be less than the base salary set forth in Section 4(A) hereof.

Annual Performance Review. Identix shall perform an annual review of Employee's performance and, in the discretion of the Board of Directors of Identix, make appropriate increases in Employee's base salary and determine whether additional stock option grants should be recommended to the Board of Directors of Identix. The first such annual performance review after the Effective Date shall be conducted on or about July 2002.
Annual Performance Review. ‌ The School shall be subject to a review of its academic, organizational, and financial performance at least annually and is required to comply with obligations as indicated in Attachment 9: Identification of Documentation Required for Annual Performance Report. Annual Performance Review. The Department Chair/Unit Director, or other previously designated appropriate administrator (hereinafter referred to as "designee") shall prepare a written annual performance review of each NTT Faculty member. If there is a designee, the NTT Faculty member shall be notified of the designee at the beginning of the initial appointment, and when the designee changes. The annual performance review will assess the degree of effectiveness of an NTT Faculty member’s performance and identify individual areas of strength and weakness.
Annual Performance Review. The District’s goal is to conduct an annual performance review of Administrator. If conducted, the review shall be in writing. To aid the District in the annual review, Administrator will furnish to the District such oral and written reports as may be requested by the District. If the District does not conduct an annual performance review as above provided, such failure to act by the District shall not be interpreted as a breach of this Contract, but instead shall be regarded as an affirmative decision by the District not to conduct an annual performance review.
Annual Performance Review. The Academic Xxxx will provide a detailed written Annual Performance Review (the “Annual Review”) of the member’s performance based on the content of the Annual Report by August 31. This evaluation will be fair and reasonable and will clearly indicate if the Member’s performance is satisfactory with respect to the minimum expected standard. Where a faculty member’s performance is judged to be satisfactory by the Academic Xxxx, the annual PTR increment shall be awarded and such awarding shall be indicated in the Annual Review. Where the Academic Xxxx is prepared to declare a member’s performance unsatisfactory, the Annual Review shall describe the grounds for this evaluation in detail, and invite the member to a meeting within ten (10) days of receipt of the decision. The Xxxx may change the evaluation within ten (10) days, after which a final Annual Review will be delivered to the member. The purpose of both the written Annual Review and in-person meeting shall be the provision of constructive guidance designed to assist the member in performing the duties listed in Article 10.2 above. The Annual Review, along with any related submissions or recommendations, will be placed in the personnel files of faculty members for a period of five years, with a copy provided to the Principal.
