Annual Performance Review. The Employee’s performance of his duties under this Agreement shall be reviewed by the Board of Directors or a committee of the Board of Directors at least annually and finalized within thirty (30) days of the receipt of the annual audited financial statements. The Board of Directors or a committee of the Board of Directors shall additionally review the base salary, bonus and benefits provided to the Employee under this Agreement and may, in their discretion, adjust the same, as outlined in Addendum B of this Agreement, provided, however, that Employee’s annual base salary shall not be less than the base salary set forth in Section 4(A) hereof.
Annual Performance Review. An annual performance review will be undertaken each year by NSD based upon ongoing discussions and the annual report. The extent of the review meeting will depend on each service’s circumstances. (d) An employee shall receive a copy of the finalized Annual Performance Review within 14 calendar days of the Review Meeting.
(e) The Annual Performance Review document shall provide for the employee's signature in one of two places; one indicating that the employee has read and accepts the plan, the other indicating that the employee has read and disagrees with the plan.
Annual Performance Review. On or before the anniversary date of this Agreement, and each year thereafter, the Board of Directors shall conduct a formal performance evaluation of Employee. Board and Employee shall agree to a work plan for Employee for the following year and shall reevaluate the requirements and limitations set forth in Section 4.3, herein, to determine whether such requirements and limitations should be adjusted. At the time of the annual review, if the Board, in its sole discretion, concludes that Employee has performed exemplary service as General Manager, the Board may award a merit bonus or increase to Employee’s hourly rate forth in Section 4.1, as may be increased from time to time, of not more than five percent (5%) of Employee’s hourly rate prior to any increase pursuant to Section 4.4 for the current calendar year.
Annual Performance Review. The Issuing Authority or its designee may, at its discretion but not more than once per twelve-month period, hold a performance evaluation session. The purpose of such evaluation session shall be to review the Licensee’s compliance with the terms and conditions of this License. The Issuing Authority shall provide the Licensee with thirty (30) days advance written notice of such evaluation session. The Issuing Authority shall provide the Licensee with a written report with respect to the Licensee’s compliance within sixty (60) days after the conclusion of such evaluation session.
