Representatives of the Parties. The representatives of the parties who are authorized to administer this Agreement and to whom formal notices, demands, and communications will be given are as follows:
Representatives of the Parties. WRCOG’s Executive Director, or his or her designee, shall serve as WRCOG’s representative and shall have the authority to act on behalf of WRCOG for all purposes under this Agreement. The AGENCY hereby designates XXXX XXXXXXXXX, DIRECTOR OF TRANSPORTATION, or his or her designee, as the AGENCY’s representative to WRCOG. The AGENCY’s representative shall have the authority to act on behalf of the AGENCY for all purposes under this Agreement and shall coordinate all activities of the Project under the AGENCY’s responsibility. The AGENCY shall work closely and cooperate fully with WRCOG’s representative and any other agencies which may have jurisdiction over or an interest in the Project.

Representatives of the Parties. 5.1. The IAA shall be represented for the purposes of this Contract by the Managing Director of Xxx Xxxxxx International Airport and/or anyone appointed on its behalf (the "IAA's Representative").
Representatives of the Parties. The MINISTER, for purposes of the application of this agreement, appoints the sous-ministre du ministère des Affaires municipales et des Régions, as his representative. If a replacement becomes necessary, the MINISTER will notify the KRG as soon as possible. The KRG appoints its director of the Research and Economic Development Department as its representative. Representatives of the Parties. 1.1 The Employer recognizes the PBA as the exclusive bargaining representative as defined in Chapter 447, Florida Statutes, as amended, effective January 01, 1975, for all Pasco County Correctional Officers in the bargaining unit as defined in PERC Certification 1716.
