The Rectification Plan shall set out the anticipated improvements (“Anticipated Improvements”) and the timeline over which those improvements are expected to be realized (“Plan Period”), which shall be no longer than ninety (90) days (without a Trust’s prior written consent, not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed).
