Rectification Plan definition

Rectification Plan means the rectification plan pursuant to the Rectification Plan Process;
Rectification Plan the Supplier’s plan (or revised plan) to rectify its Material Breach which shall include: (a) full details of the Material Breach that has occurred, including a root cause analysis; (b) the actual or anticipated effect of the Material Breach; and (c) the steps which the Supplier proposes to take to rectify the Material Breach (if applicable) and to prevent such Material Breach from recurring, including timescales for such steps and for the rectification of the Material Breach (where applicable);
Rectification Plan the Supplier’s plan (or revised plan) to rectify it’s breach using the template in Joint Schedule 10 (Rectification Plan) which shall include: a) full details of the Default that has occurred, including a root cause analysis; b) the actual or anticipated effect of the Default; and c) the steps which the Supplier proposes to take to rectify the Default (if applicable) and to prevent such Default from recurring, including timescales for such steps and for the rectification of the Default (where applicable);

Examples of Rectification Plan in a sentence

  • The Rectification Plan shall set out the anticipated improvements (“Anticipated Improvements”) and the timeline over which those improvements are expected to be realized (“Plan Period”), which shall be no longer than ninety (90) days (without a Trust’s prior written consent, not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed).

More Definitions of Rectification Plan

Rectification Plan means a plan to address the impact of, and prevent the reoccurrence of, a Default;
