Common use of Performance Review Meetings Clause in Contracts

Performance Review Meetings. DIR may require the Vendor to attend periodic meetings to review the Vendor’s performance under the Contract, at DIR’s discretion. The meetings may be held within the Austin, Texas area at a date and time mutually acceptable to DIR and the Vendor or by teleconference. DIR shall bear no cost for the time and travel of the Vendor for attendance at the meeting. DIR Cost Avoidance As part of the performance measures reported to state leadership, DIR must provide the cost avoidance the State has achieved through the Contract. Upon request by DIR, Vendor shall provide DIR with a detailed report of a representative sample of service sold under the Contract. The report shall contain: service description, list price, price to Customer under the Contract.
