LOCATION AND TIME. The closing of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement (the "CLOSING") shall take place at the offices of Xxxxxx and Xxxxx, LLP, 000 Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxxxx 00000, at 9:30 a.m., local time, on March 9, 2000 (the "CLOSING DATE"), or at such other time and place as is mutually agreed to by the parties.
