Board Minutes The District shall furnish the Association with one (1) copy of all official minutes and one (1) copy of each Board agenda "Packet," excluding all confidential information or materials as defined by applicable law.
Agenda and Minutes a) Agendas of reasonable length detailing issues in a clear and concise fashion will be developed jointly between the co-chairs, translated into the French language and provided to committee members at least ten (10) working days prior to the scheduled date of the meeting. Agenda items should be of general concern to the parties as opposed to personal concerns of individual employees. It is not the mandate of the Committee to deal with matters that have been filed as central disputes. With mutual consent, additional items may be added prior to, or at the meeting.
Minutes Minutes of all resolutions and proceedings at every meeting of Registered Warrantholders shall be made and duly entered in books to be provided from time to time for that purpose by the Warrant Agent at the expense of the Corporation, and any such minutes as aforesaid, if signed by the chairman or the secretary of the meeting at which such resolutions were passed or proceedings had shall be prima facie evidence of the matters therein stated and, until the contrary is proved, every such meeting in respect of the proceedings of which minutes shall have been made shall be deemed to have been duly convened and held, and all resolutions passed thereat or proceedings taken shall be deemed to have been duly passed and taken.
INSTRUCTIONAL MINUTES When CONTRACTOR is a nonpublic school, the total number of instructional minutes per school day provided by CONTRACTOR shall be at least equivalent to the number of instructional minutes per school day provided to LEA pupils at like grade level, attending LEA schools, unless otherwise specified in the pupil’s IEP/IFSP, and shall be specified in the LEA pupil’s ISA developed in accordance with the LEA pupil’s IEP/IFSP. For LEA pupils in grades pre-kindergarten through 12, unless otherwise specified in the LEA pupil's IEP/IFSP, the number of instructional minutes, excluding recess, lunch, and passing time, shall be at least the minimum as specified in Education Code Sections 46110-46147, and in no case will be less than the amount as specified in the IEP/IFSP. In addition, the total number of annual instructional minutes shall be at least equivalent to the total number of annual instructional minutes provided to LEA pupils attending LEA schools in like grade level unless otherwise specified in the LEA pupil’s IEP/IFSP. When CONTRACTOR is a nonpublic agency and/or related services provider, the total number of minutes per school day provided by CONTRACTOR shall be specified in the LEA pupil’s ISA developed in accordance with the LEA pupil’s IEP/IFSP.
Minute Books The minute books of the Company have been made available to the Underwriters and counsel for the Underwriters, and such books (i) contain a complete summary of all meetings and actions of the board of directors (including each board committee) and stockholders of the Company (or analogous governing bodies and interest holders, as applicable), and each of its Subsidiaries since the time of its respective incorporation or organization through the date of the latest meeting and action, and (ii) accurately in all material respects reflect all transactions referred to in such minutes. There are no material transactions, agreements, dispositions or other actions of the Company that are not properly approved and/or accurately and fairly recorded in the minute books of the Company, as applicable.
Access to Public Records (1) The Contractor shall allow public access to all documents, papers, letters, or other material made or received by the Contractor in conjunction with the Contract, unless the records are exempt from Article I, section 24(a), Florida Constitution or section 119.07(1), Florida Statutes. The Department may unilaterally terminate the Contract if the Contractor refuses to allow public access as required in this section. If, under this Contract, the Contractor is providing services, the Department may unilaterally cancel the Contract for refusal by the Contractor to allow access to all public records, including documents, papers, letters, or other material made or received by the Contractor in conjunction with the Contract, unless the records are exempt from section 24(a) of Art. I of the State Constitution and section 119.07(1), Florida Statutes.
Books of Account The Accounting Agent shall maintain the books of account of the Trust and shall perform the following duties in the manner prescribed by the respective Trust’s currently effective prospectus, statement of additional information or other governing document, copies of which have been certified by the Secretary of the Funds and supplied to the Accounting Agent (a “Governing Document”) (including the procedures established in the Service Level Agreement):
Books of Accounts The LLC shall maintain proper books of account, which shall comply with all applicable federal income tax regulation and with generally accepted accounting practices as applicable to limited liability companies.
