Committee Meetings. Subject to Article 19.3(1) and unless the directors otherwise provide in the resolution appointing the committee or in any subsequent resolution, with respect to a committee appointed under Articles 19.1 or 19.2:
Committee Meetings. All meetings of the said Committee on Labour Relations with the Union Committee and the Secretary- Business Manager, or her/his representative, shall be under the chairpersonship of a member of the Committee on Labour Relations. Meetings shall be held at the call of the Chairperson as promptly as possible on request in writing of either party. The Employer and the Union shall make every effort to exchange written agendas at least one (1) week prior to meetings called under Article 8.04.
Committee Meetings. All Union committee meetings as set out in the collective agreement, shall be scheduled at a mutually agreeable time between the parties.

Committee Meetings. The parties shall meet once every three (3) months until this Agreement is terminated, for the purpose of discussing issues relating to the workplace that affect the parties or any employee bound by this Agreement. Committee meetings will be held during normal working hours unless agreed otherwise and any time spent by Employee Committee members shall be without loss of pay.
Committee Meetings. A meeting of the Safety and Health Advisory Committee may be called by any member thereof who believes that an emergency safety and health problem exists and requires immediate attention, and a meeting shall be held as soon as practicable thereafter. In addi- tion, the Committee shall hold at least one regular meeting annually for purposes of review and planning.
Committee Meetings. The Committee shall, with the chief nurse executive’s coordination of time and place, schedule monthly meetings periodically, as deemed appropriate by its members. The Committee shall be entitled to a total maximum of thirty (30) hours each month, payable at each nurse’s regular straight time rate of pay, for the purpose of conducting Committee business. In addition, a representative from the Committee shall be compensated at his/her regular straight time rate of pay for the purpose of attending meetings of the Nursing Executive Committee and other special projects to which the Medical Center mutually agrees. Committee meetings shall be scheduled on a regular basis, and the Medical Center will make every reasonable effort to release Committee members from duty when necessary so that they may attend scheduled meetings. The Committee shall prepare an agenda and keep minutes of all meetings, copies of which shall be provided to the chief nurse executive and the Oregon Nurses Association.
Committee Meetings. Nurses will be paid for time spent attending and performing required duties as a member of a committee created, recognized and sponsored by the Employer. The Employer and the Nurse must agree on the appointment to, or participation in, such a committee and the extent to which the Nurse is authorized to perform duties other than attendance at the meeting. If the meeting is contiguous with the Nurse’s shift, the pay rate will include applicable shift differential, if any, and overtime premium, if applicable.
Committee Meetings. (a) In the case of those matters to be addressed on a standing basis, the Committee shall meet at least once every ninety (90) calendar days. Sub-committee meetings and Committee meetings to address ad hoc issues shall be scheduled as required by mutual agreement of the Parties.
Committee Meetings. A. Members of the Professional Relations Committee shall mutually select meeting dates, times, places, and agendas; however either party may request to place an issue on the agenda and a meeting to discuss the same.
