Suggested Retail Price. Licensee agrees to keep Licensor, at Licensor's request, advised of the wholesale and suggested retail prices at which Licensee sells the Licensed Products covered hereunder.
Suggested Retail Price. We will determine the price at which to sell the various formats of Your Work in the Distribution Channels ("Suggested Retail Price"). Our pricing determination may be influenced by a variety of factors in Our discretion, including, but not limited to, the length of Your Work, dimensions and binding options selected, color selection, and print and related costs. If You have purchased the "Set Your Own Price" option, if available, You will be responsible for either accepting Our Suggested Retail Price or setting a different Suggested Retail Price for each format of the Work, as long as the final Suggested Retail Price is within the limitations that We have set. After the Suggested Retail Price is set, We reserve the exclusive right to modify the Suggested Retail Price of the Work, should production costs change or market conditions warrant. You must approve any change to the Suggested Retail Price change prior to it taking effect. If You do not approve the Suggested Retail Price change or We cannot contact You to obtain Your approval, the affected formats of the Work may be removed from distribution until Your approval can be obtained. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SUGGESTED RETAIL PRICE IS NOT NECESSARILY THE PRICE OF YOUR WORK TO THE END CUSTOMER, WHICH IS SET BY THE RETAILER.
Suggested Retail Price. The retail price suggested by the Company for the retail resale of Wealth Training products and services. VIOLATION: Breach, default and violation; an actual or alleged transgression or violation of any part of the Agreement.
Suggested Retail Price. Although PointRed may publish suggested wholesale or retail prices, GAS shall determine the actual prices at which PointRed Products will be sold to GAS's customers, at GAS's sole discretion.

Suggested Retail Price. The suggested retail price for a Product provided to DR by Company. Term: Collectively for the Initial Term and any Additional Term(s). Territory: All countries in the world which the Parties have mutually agreed to in writing (including in the Implementation Specifications) at the Effective Date or at a later time during the Term of the Agreement, except countries to which export or re-export of any Product (a) is prohibited by applicable law or DR corporate policy or (b) would require DR to obtain an export license, with no license exception available .
Suggested Retail Price. Software Owner will provide the suggested retail price (“SRP”) for all Software being distributed pursuant to this Agreement. At no time shall the Software’s SRP provided to Publisher be higher than the Software’s SRP provided to other distributors. The actual retail price of the Software to be determined by Handster may differ from the SRP provided by Software Owner. Publisher may discount any or all Software up to 25% off the SRP for special offers and promotions.

We agree that prices for initial treatment and on-going pHluo- rus may vary from Territories however where the “chain” con- dition referred to in Section 3.2 and 3.3 of this Agreement exists, you agree that you will not allow said shared customers to pur- chase pHluorus below the price set by the originating Licensee.
