Director General. (a) The executive organ shall be headed by the Director General and shall have its organizational structure implemented not later than six years after the entry into force of this Agreement.

Director General. The Director General is the most senior officer of the IPS, and is appointed by the Minister following a competitive process to undertake the functions of the post as governed by the Prison Rules 2007.
