Joint Consultative Committee (JCC. 6.1 The JCC will be the recognised forum for consultation between the City of Lincoln Council and its employees. In addition to the topics outlined above for consultation this forum may be used to provide information on: Recent and probable development of the councils activities and economic situation The situation, structure and probable development of employment within the Council and any measures that may be taken where there is a threat to employment Decisions that are likely to lead to substantial changes in work organisation or contractual relations
Joint Consultative Committee (JCC. 6.01 There shall be a Joint Consultative Committee (JCC) to be comprised of three (3) representatives of the Bargaining Unit and three (3) representatives of the University. The Director of Human Resources and the Bargaining Unit President shall be ex-officio members of this Committee and will count as two (2) of the six (6) members. Either side may appoint, on a temporary basis, one replacement representative based on availability of the selected representatives. The Joint Consultative Committee (JCC) shall be chaired jointly by a representative of the Bargaining Unit and a representative of the University administration, who shall together be responsible for the preparation and distribution of agenda for meetings, and who shall alternate in presiding over the meetings. A quorum for the Joint Consultative Committee (JCC) shall be four (4) of its members, with a minimum of two (2) members representing each of the University administration and the Bargaining Unit.
Joint Consultative Committee (JCC. 7.1 3 months prior to the expiration of the Agreement, a review will be conducted by the Joint Consultative Committee. The purpose of the JCC is to find common objectives and concerns of ELCWA and its Employees and to identify common areas in need of improvement.
Joint Consultative Committee (JCC. The JCC will arrange in advance a minimum of one meeting per quarter. This Committee will comprise site management, Elected Employee representatives and Union officials. The intent of this Committee is to review the performance of this Enterprise Agreement and review proposals which constitute change, as defined under the terms of this Agreement. The charter of this group will be agreed at its first meeting.
Joint Consultative Committee (JCC. As a practical vehicle to facilitate negotiations between staff, unions and management and to implement this agreement, the JCC has been established. The JCC shall consist of the Mayor, a Council nominated Councillor, Chief Executive Officer and/or representative, Human Resources Officer, union officials, 3 x QSU Union Delegates, and 6 x depot combined AWU/ CFMEU Union Delegates. The JCC shall meet as a minimum biannually, or as required.
Joint Consultative Committee (JCC. To facilitate regular consultation between VFST and its Employees on employee relations matters, a Joint Consultative Committee will be established.
Joint Consultative Committee (JCC. The Joint Consultative Committee (JCC) will monitor the progress of this Agreement and will meet at intervals (at least annually) during the life of the agreement. The JCC will also address any issues raised by the Site Consultative Committees. The JCC will also conduct an annual review to monitor results and agree new performance measurement targets and benchmarks for the coming 12 months aimed at improving our performance. Improvements and innovation will be encouraged. The first meeting was prior to November 2004 to agree KPI’s for the first 12 months.
Joint Consultative Committee (JCC. 16.1 A JCC will be implemented. The JCC will comprise of Company representatives (including Production, Maintenance and HR) and Employee nominated representatives. The JCC will meet at least bi-annually for an hour to discuss items relating to the operation of the Enterprise Agreement. The JCC may also consider Emergency Response Team operation, on-site recruitment practices, scheduling and delivering of training and other site practices as agreed. All items for JCC discussion will be notified at least two weeks prior to the JCC meeting to allow reasonable consideration of the items.
Joint Consultative Committee (JCC. 10.1 The JCC will continue during the life of this Agreement.
Joint Consultative Committee (JCC. 11.1 Constitution of the Committee The employee representatives must be duly elected by the employees in a democratic secret ballot within one month following the commencement of this agreement. The committee will consist of: Three CEAL representatives; and Three Employee representatives; and Three NUW Delegates. Or such other numbers of members as the parties may agree, up to a maximum of nine members. All members of the Committee must be full time permanent employees of CEAL. The employee representatives will hold office for the life of the Agreement or until a new Agreement is in place, whichever is the greater. If a Committee member vacates his or her position on the Committee, that position will be filled by the person with the next highest number of votes in the ballot. If this cannot be determined, an election will be held by all warehouse staff covered by this agreement to determine the new committee member. The Committee will hold one meeting per month. No meeting may last longer than 45 minutes, unless the consent of CEAL is obtained. There must be at least three employee representatives present at any Committee meeting.
