Chief Executive Officer. The Chief Executive Officer, if there be such an officer, shall be the principal executive officer of the Corporation and, subject to the control of the Board of Directors, in general, shall supervise and control all of the business and affairs of the Corporation. If neither a Chairman of the Board nor a Vice Chairman has been appointed, or in their absence, the Chief Executive Officer, when present, shall preside at all meetings of the shareholders and of the Board of Directors. The Chief Executive Officer may sign, with the Secretary or any other proper officer of the Corporation authorized by the Board of Directors, certificates for shares of the Corporation, the issuance of which shall have been authorized by a resolution of the Board of Directors, and deeds, mortgages, bonds, contracts, or other instruments, except in cases where the signing and execution thereof shall be expressly delegated by the Board of Directors or by these Bylaws to some other officer or agent of the Corporation, or shall be required by law to be otherwise signed or executed; and in general shall perform all duties incident to the office of Chief Executive Officer and such other duties as may be prescribed by the Board of Directors from time to time. Chief Executive Officer. The Chief Executive Officer, who may be the Chairman or Vice Chairman of the Board and/or the President, shall have general and active management authority over the business of the Company and shall see that all orders and resolutions of the Board are carried into effect. The Chief Executive Officer may sign deeds, mortgages, bonds, contracts or other instruments, except in cases where the signing and execution thereof shall be expressly delegated by the Board or by this Agreement to some other officer or agent of the Company, or shall be required by law to be otherwise signed and executed. The Chief Executive Officer shall also perform all duties and have all powers incident to the office of Chief Executive Officer and perform such other duties and may exercise such other powers as may be assigned by this Agreement or prescribed by the Board from time to time.
Chief Executive Officer. The Chief Executive Officer of the Trust shall be the President or such other officer as is designated as such by the Trustees and shall, subject to the control of the Trustees, have general charge and supervision of the business of the Trust.

Chief Executive Officer. Subject to the powers of the Board, the chief executive officer of the Company shall be in general and active charge of the entire business and affairs of the Company, and shall be its chief policy making Officer.
Chief Executive Officer. The Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation shall be the Chairman of the board or the President, as determined by the Board of Directors. Subject to the general control of the Corporation by the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee, the Chief Executive Officer shall supervise, direct and control the business and affairs of the Corporation and shall discharge all the usual functions and duties of that office. Except as otherwise provided in these Bylaws, the Chief Executive Officer shall appoint, and at his or her discretion, remove employees of the Corporation, fix and at times change their compensation, designate their titles and determine their duties. The Chief Executive Officer shall appoint temporary or permanent committees of officers and employees as he or she deems necessary for the control and supervision of the business. The Chief Executive Officer shall have general supervision and direction of all of the other officers of the Corporation and the employees of all departments. The Chief Executive Officer shall keep the Board of Directors and Executive Committee fully informed as to the activities of the Corporation, and shall prepare and submit to each annual meeting of shareholders a report on the business of the Corporation for the preceding year and a statement of its current financial condition. The Chief Executive Officer shall perform such other duties as these Bylaws or the Board of Directors prescribe.

Chief Executive Officer. Subject to the provisions of these Bylaws and to the direction of the Board of Directors, the Chief Executive Officer shall have ultimate authority for decisions relating to the general management and control of the affairs and business of the Corporation and shall perform such other duties and exercise such other powers which are or from time to time may be delegated to him or her by the Board of Directors or these Bylaws, all in accordance with basic policies as established by and subject to the oversight of the Board of Directors.
