Typically, this clause may require parties to minimize waste, reduce emissions, use sustainable materials, or implement recycling programs as part of their operations under the agreement. Its core function is to ensure that the parties actively contribute to environmental protection and sustainability, thereby reducing the risk of legal non-compliance and supporting broader corporate social responsibility goals.
