Employee Representatives definition

Employee Representatives means Paul Webber, Nancy Demeter, Sheena Wrigglesworth, Barb Wilser, and Darrin Whitney, or such other representatives as may be duly appointed by Employee Representative Counsel;
Employee Representatives means the representatives of an employee organization which engages in collective bargaining negotiations with the Employer provided that, owners, officers, and executives of the Employer do not comprise more than 50% of the employee organization's membership.

More Definitions of Employee Representatives

Employee Representatives means representatives of any certified or recognized bargaining agents for employees of a business.
Employee Representatives means all of Employee’s heirs, family members, executors, accountants, administrators, attorneys, agents, assigns, successors and representatives.
