Secret Ballot. An election by secret ballot shall be held under the supervision of the Commission among the employees of the undersigned employer in the unit defined below, at the indicated date(s), time(s), and place(s), requested by the parties to determine whether or not such employees desire to be represented for the purpose of collective bargaining by (one of) the undersigned organization(s). It should be noted that the location is only a preference and that the Commission reserves the right to determine whether the election will be conducted on-site or by mail ballot. The election shall be held in accordance with the applicable Commission procedures.

Secret Ballot. The Board of Directors’ vote on the credit or other financial support application shall be secret and must be attended by all the members of the Board of Directors who have attended the meeting. The General Secretary shall count the votes and inform the result to the Board of Directors. The decision of the Board of Directors may not be subject to review or appeal. If the applicant is dissatisfied with the decision, it may submit a new application for evaluation at another meeting of the Board of Directors.

  • Employee Inventions Each Employee Invention will belong exclusively to the Employer. Properly identified information that has been designated confidential, trade secret, or proprietary by the Bidder will not be disclosed except as may be required by the Freedom of Information Law or other applicable State and federal laws.

  • Non Disclosure Covenant Employee Inventions 7.1.   • Trade Secrets of Others It is the understanding of both the Company and Executive that Executive shall not divulge to the Company and/or its subsidiaries any confidential information or trade secrets belonging to others, including Executive’s former employers, nor shall the Company and/or its Affiliates seek to elicit from Executive any such information. Consistent with the foregoing, Executive shall not provide to the Company and/or its Affiliates, and the Company and/or its Affiliates shall not request, any documents or copies of documents containing such information.

  • Confidentiality/Trade Secrets The Executive acknowledges that his position with the Company is one of the highest trust and confidence both by reason of his position and by reason of his access to and contact with the trade secrets and confidential and proprietary business information of the Company.
