Two Weeks. 11:01 Each employee who has completed one (1) year's continuous service in the employ of the Company and has worked a minimum of one thousand (1,000) hours for the Company during the preceding twelve (12) months shall be entitled to two (2) consecutive weeks' vacation with pay equal to two (2) full weeks' straight-time pay at the employee's regular rate, or four percent (4%) of annual gross earnings, whichever is the greater. Two Weeks. When accredited service is one (1) year or more, all regular employees shall be entitled to vacation time off of two weeks.

Two Weeks. Paraprofessionals with four (4) full years or more years of continuous employment in the schools will be eligible for two (2) weeks vacation. One (1) week will be taken during Christmas vacation time and one (1) week during the school spring vacation time. The pay shall be based on contracted weekly hours. The following holidays or days will be paid based on contracted daily hours to employees in the classification of Paraprofessional. If the employee has worked his/her regular number of hours during the last workday before the holiday, they will be eligible for holiday pay. Any waiver of this requirement will be at the discretion of the building principal. Employees covered by this Agreement shall faithfully fulfill the job requirements as specified in the Galesburg-Augusta School District job description booklet.

Vacation pay at four percent (4%) shall be paid to all employees with less than one year of service. THREE WEEKS Each employee who has completed three (3) years continuous service, shall be entitled to a total of three (3) weeks vacation pay equal to three (3) full weeks straight time pay at the employee's regular rate, or six percent (6%) of annual gross earnings, whichever is the greater. FOUR WEEKS Each employee who has completed eight (8) years of continuous service in the employ of the Company, shall be entitled to four (4) full weeks straight time pay at the employee's regular rate or eight percent (8%) of annual gross earnings, whichever is the greater. FIVE WEEKS Each employee who has completed thirteen (13) years of continuous service in the employ of the Company, shall be entitled to five (5) weeks vacation, with pay equal to five (5) weeks straight time pay at the employee's regular rate or ten percent (10%) of annual gross earnings, whichever is the greater.
