Identification of Union Representatives. Section 2.2 The Union will furnish the Employer in writing with the names of its Xxxxxxx, alternate Xxxxxxx, and all officials of the Union responsible for administering this Agreement and whatever changes that may occur from time-to-time in such personnel so that the Employer will at all times be advised as the authority of the individual representatives of the Union with whom it may be dealing. This identification shall be made in advance of the Employer’s recognition of the authority of such individuals to act under this Agreement. UNION SECURITY
Identification of Union Representatives. The Employer shall be informed in writing of the names of the Stewards and members of the Collective Bargaining Committee, alternate Stewards and members of the Collective Bargaining Committee, and non-employee representatives of the Union, and any changes therein, immediately upon their selection or election. The Employer will extend recognition to such individuals immediately upon receipt of this notice.
Identification of Union Representatives. The Union will provide the DOC Headquarters Labor Relations Office with a written list of current full-time and part-time Union Representatives and the institution(s)/office(s) for which they are primarily responsible. All Union Representatives will have background checks and fingerprint checks completed prior to being provided access. The Union will notify DOC Headquarters Labor Relations Office of any and all changes of Union Representatives within ten (10) calendar days of the change.
Identification of Union Representatives. Each bargaining unit will furnish the Human Resources Department, in writing, with a copy to the Court Administrator if applicable, the names of all its authorized representatives who are employed within the unit and any changes as may come from time to time in such personnel so that the Employer may at all times be advised as to the authority of the individual representatives of the Union with which it may be dealing.
Identification of Union Representatives. The names of committee persons, chief stewards, stewards and alternates shall be given in writing to the Employer by the Union and they shall not function as such prior to such notice to the Employer. Any changes shall be reported to the Employer in writing as far in advance as possible. Alternates shall not function under this section except in the absence of the official for whom they are substituting.
Identification of Union Representatives. The Union shall notify the City in 45 writing the name, address, and phone number of two (2) persons who are not City employees to 46 act as such Union representatives. If the designated Union representatives are not available, 1 another Union representative may substitute as the Union representative under the same terms 2 and conditions when properly identified.
Identification of Union Representatives. Professional employees employed by the Employer and covered by this Agreement may be represented by designated representatives for purposes of grievance processing. The Union will keep the Employer informed in writing of the names of such members and current non-employee Union representatives at least annually and of any changes of such representatives.
Identification of Union Representatives. The Union agrees to notify the Employer in writing of the names of the employees elected or appointed to represent the Union pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. The notice will contain the name and area of representation, or the committee, which the employee represents.
Identification of Union Representatives. The Union shall designate to the Employer, in writing, the Union representatives and the Employer shall not be required to recognize or deal with any employee other than the ones so designated, except as provided by the Public Employees Relation Act (Act 336 of the Public Acts of 1947, as amended), specifically 17.455 (11).
Identification of Union Representatives. In an effort to facilitate administration of this Article, the Union will furnish the Director of Labor Relations with: (1) the names and contact information of all officers, stewards, and other Union representatives authorized to conduct Union-related business; and (2) the names and email addresses of the individual(s) to whom the Bargaining Unit Information provided for under Section 7.02 should be sent. The Union will notify the University of updates to these lists as changes are made.
