The Collective Bargaining Committee clause establishes a designated group responsible for representing employees in negotiations with the employer regarding terms and conditions of employment. Typically, this committee is composed of selected or elected employee representatives who meet with management to discuss issues such as wages, benefits, and workplace policies. Collective Bargaining Committee. The Employer agrees to recognize a Collective Bargaining Committee whose sole functions shall be to meet with Employer representatives for the purpose of negotiating modifications to this Agreement. The committee shall be composed of two (2) stewards from the bargaining unit together with the Union's Business Agent. The Employer agrees to pay committee members at their regular straight time rate for all time lost from their regular schedule of work while in collective bargaining meetings with Employer representatives.
Collective Bargaining Committee. The Employer hereby recognizes not more than three (3) employees from the bargaining unit as a collective bargaining committee, one of which shall be designated as the Chairperson. Members of the collective bargaining committee shall act in a representative capacity for meetings with representatives of the Employer regarding matters of concern and to negotiate successor collective bargaining agreements. The Union shall notify the Employer in writing of the names of the members of its collective bargaining committee.
Collective Bargaining Committee. NAV CANADA agrees to recognize and deal with a Collective Bargaining Committee for the purpose of negotiating collective agreements between NAV CANADA and the Union. The Collective Bargaining Committee may be assisted by representatives other than employees.
Collective Bargaining Committee. The Employer agrees to recognize a Collective Bargaining Committee selected or elected by the Association from employees covered by this Agreement who have seniority. Members of the Collective Bargaining Committee shall act on behalf of the employees covered by this Agreement for the purpose of collective bargaining negotiations with the Employer. A. The employee member of the bargaining committee shall be permitted to attend any and all meetings with regard to modifications of this Agreement during working hours without loss of pay or benefits.
B. Should the necessity arise for another member of the Union to provide information regarding the modification of this Agreement during working hours, that employee shall be permitted to attend that portion of the meeting for which the information that they have is necessary without loss of pay or benefits, as long as agreed upon by the Employer.
C. Any member of the Union may be present at any and all meetings with regard to modifications of this Agreement during non-working hours.
Collective Bargaining Committee. A list of members of the LESPA bargaining committee shall be provided to the Board’s negotiator by April 1 of each year. Such members shall be provided temporary duty for negotiations under the provisions of Section 2.02 of the Contract.

Collective Bargaining Committee. A Collective Bargaining Committee composed of two (2) employees, one of whom shall be the Association President, and up to two (2) staff representatives from MAFF shall meet with the Employer representatives for purposes of negotiating modifications to this Agreement. All employees covered by this Agreement who have been selected as a member of the Union Bargaining Committee shall be allowed time off with pay if required to attend negotiation meetings during their regularly scheduled work hours.
Collective Bargaining Committee. The Employer recognizes a collective bargaining committee of the Union comprised of not more than two (2) employee representatives. Members of the collective bargaining committee shall act in a representative capacity for the purpose of processing grievances for members of the collective bargaining unit as provided in the grievance procedure. In the absence of a collective bargaining committee member, an alternate shall act in his stead. Members of the collective bargaining committee shall also meet with County officials and the Sheriff for the purpose of negotiating modifications to this Agreement. The Union shall furnish the Employer in writing the names of its collective bargaining committee members and alternates before they shall be recognized.
