Association Representatives. Authorized representatives of the Association shall be permitted to transact Association business on and with school property at all reasonable times provided that such activities shall not interfere with normal school operations.
Association Representatives. The President of the Association shall furnish the Commissioner, or designee thereof, with a written list by September 15 of each year of officers and representatives of the Association and their terms of office. It is clearly understood that in the implementation of this section, there shall not be more than one (1) Association representative from each College; provided, however, that if a designated representative is unavailable, the President of the Association shall notify the Commissioner, or designee thereof, as to who shall be that representative's alternate.
Association Representatives. The Association shall promptly notify the Employer, in writing, the names of those persons who have been authorized to act on its behalf and the authority of each such person, which notice shall remain in effect until superseded by a new written notice.
Association Representatives. 9.8.3.1 Representatives of the Association shall report to and make arrangements with their respective Department Chairs when it becomes necessary for them to be absent from duty for the purpose of carrying on negotiations and to prepare for and attend any meetings with the administration of the College directly connected with management-employee relations.
Association Representatives. 4.01 The Association shall forward a list of the unit officers to the Board by September 15 of each year.
Association Representatives. A) The Board recognizes the appointment or election by the teachers of one or more Association representative(s) at each school or worksite.
Association Representatives. City employees who are official representatives of the Association shall be given reasonable time off with pay to attend meetings with management representatives, or to be present at hearings where matters within the scope of representation or grievan ces are being considered. The use of official time for this purpose shall be reasonable and shall not interfere with the performance of City services as determined by the City. Such employee representatives shall submit a written request for excused absence to their respective department heads, with an information copy to the Human Resources Director, at least two (2) working days prior to the scheduled meeting whenever possible. Except by mutual agreement, the number of employees excused for such purposes shall not exceed three (3).
Association Representatives. A. The County agrees to recognize eight (8) Bargaining Unit Employee Representatives including one (1) Chief Bargaining Unit Representative for the purpose of contract administration as set forth in this Article. These Employee Representatives shall be allowed to represent the Association throughout County government with no limit on departmental jurisdiction. The County also agrees to recognize five (5) Alternate Representatives from different departments in which bargaining unit employees work for the exclusive representation within the department. In no event, shall more than two Employee Representatives or Alternates combined be from any one division of the County (excluding the Chief Bargaining Unit Representative).
Association Representatives. 1. The principal of each school and the Association Representative shall meet at the request of either party to discuss the administration of this Agreement and to discuss procedures for improvement of the school program and policies.
Association Representatives. The Association shall designate, in writing, one (1) association representative and one (1) official alternate for each work location.
