Alternate Xxxxxxx. The Union shall furnish the Employer, in writing, the names of the Chief Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx and Alternate Xxxxxxx before they shall be recognized. The Chief Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx and Alternate Xxxxxxx must have at least one (1) year of seniority.
Alternate Xxxxxxx. The Alternate Xxxxxxx can replace any Xxxxxxx.
Alternate Xxxxxxx. An alternate xxxxxxx may be designated, but shall function only in the absence of the regular xxxxxxx.
Alternate Xxxxxxx. The Union may also designate an Alternate Xxxxxxx for each Xxxxxxx listed above. An Alternate Xxxxxxx'x duties shall be the same as those of the Xxxxxxx when the Xxxxxxx is absent from work. No one shall be eligible to serve as a Xxxxxxx or Alternate Xxxxxxx unless he/she is an employee and until he/she has satisfactorily completed their probationary period.
Alternate Xxxxxxx. One (1) per shift A written list of the FOP Stewards and Alternate FOP Stewards shall be furnished to the University designee prior to the effective date of the Stewards assuming their duties. The University will also be notified of any subsequent changes to the Xxxxxxx positions. No FOP Xxxxxxx will be recognized by the University unless such written notification was presented prior to the Xxxxxxx assuming his/her duties.
Alternate Xxxxxxx. The Union shall notify the Employer in writing of the names of the Xxxxxxx and the alternate.
Alternate Xxxxxxx. Night Shift one (1) Xxxxxxx one (1)
Alternate Xxxxxxx. Union Stewards are to be second in seniority for the purpose of layoff provisions.
Alternate Xxxxxxx. Each Xxxxxxx must have at least six (6) months seniority with the Company. Bach Steward shall be employed in and represent both the full time and part time employees working in the following areas: Area # 2 – Glendale
Alternate Xxxxxxx. During periods of absence of the Xxxxxxx, the Alternate Xxxxxxx shall represent the employees.
