EXHIBIT B INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS. 1. The Professional will provide, from insurance companies acceptable to the City, the insurance coverage designated hereinafter and pay all costs. Before commencing Work under this bid, the Professional shall furnish the City with certificates of insurance showing the type, amount, class of operations covered, effective dates and date of expiration of policies, and containing substantially the following statement: “The insurance evidenced by this Certificate will not reduce coverage or limits and will not be cancelled, except after thirty (30) days written notice has been received by the City of Fort Xxxxxxx.” In case of the breach of any provision of the Insurance Requirements, the City, at its option, may take out and maintain, at the expense of the Professional, such insurance as the City may deem proper and may deduct the cost of such insurance from any monies which may be due or become due the Professional under this Agreement. The City, its officers, agents and employees shall be named as additional insureds on the Professional 's general liability and automobile liability insurance policies for any claims arising out of Work performed under this Agreement.
EXHIBIT B INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS. The Contractor shall maintain insurance to cover claims which may arise from operations under this Contract, whether such operations are by the Contractor, their Subcontractor, or by anyone directly or indirectly employed under this Contract. The Contractor, under this Contract, can provide applicable services to the State of Minnesota and/or CPV members, hereinafter referred to as Owner. EXHIBIT B INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS. Prior to the beginning of and throughout the duration of the Work, Contractor will maintain insurance in conformance with the requirements set forth below. Contractor will use existing coverage to comply with these requirements. If that existing coverage does not meet the requirements set forth here, Contractor agrees to amend, supplement or endorse the existing coverage to do so. Contractor acknowledges that the insurance coverage and policy limits set forth in this section constitute the minimum amount of coverage required. Any insurance proceeds available to City in excess of the limits and coverage required in this agreement and which is applicable to a given loss, will be available to City. Contractor shall provide the following types and amounts of insurance: Commercial General Liability Insurance. Contractor shall maintain commercial general liability insurance with coverage at least as broad as Insurance Services Office form CG 00 01, in an amount not less than $2,000,000 per occurrence, $4,000,000 general aggregate, for bodily injury, personal injury, and property damage. The policy must include contractual liability that has not been amended. Any endorsement restricting standard ISO “insured contract” language will not be accepted. Business Auto Coverage on ISO Business Auto Coverage form CA 00 01 including symbol 1 (Any Auto) or the exact equivalent. Limits are subject to review, but in no event to be less than $2,000,000 combined single limit for each accident. If Contractor owns no vehicles, this requirement may be satisfied by a non-owned auto endorsement to the general liability policy described above. If Contractor or Contractor's employees will use personal autos in any way on this project, Contractor shall provide evidence of personal auto liability coverage for each such person.

EXHIBIT B INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS. The Vendor shall at its own expense, carry and maintain insurance coverage from responsible companies duly authorized to do business in the State of Florida as set forth in EXHIBIT B of this solicitation. The Vendor shall procure and maintain property insurance upon the entire project, if required, to the full insurable value of the scope of work. The County and the Vendor waive against each other and the County’s separate Vendors, Contractors, Design Consultant, Subcontractors, agents and employees of each and all of them, all damages covered by property insurance provided herein, except such rights as they may have to the proceeds of such insurance. The Vendor and County shall, where appropriate, require similar waivers of subrogation from the County’s separate Vendors, Design Consultants and Subcontractors and shall require each of them to include similar waivers in their contracts. Xxxxxxx County shall be responsible for purchasing and maintaining its own liability insurance. Certificates issued as a result of the award of this solicitation must identify “For any and all work performed on behalf of Xxxxxxx County”, or, the specific solicitation number and title. The General Liability Policy provided by Vendor to meet the requirements of this solicitation shall name Xxxxxxx County, Florida, as an additional insured as to the operations of Vendor under this solicitation and shall contain a severability of interests provisions. The Certificate Holder shall be named as Xxxxxxx County Board of County Commissioners, OR, Board of County Commissioners in Xxxxxxx County, OR Xxxxxxx County Government, OR Xxxxxxx County. The Certificates of Insurance must state the Contract Number, or Project Number, or specific Project description, or must read: For any and all work performed on behalf of Xxxxxxx County. The amounts and types of insurance coverage shall conform to the minimum requirements set forth in EXHIBIT B with the use of Insurance Services Office (ISO) forms and endorsements or their equivalents. If Vendor has any self-insured retentions or deductibles under any of the below listed minimum required coverage, Vendor must identify on the Certificate of Insurance the nature and amount of such self- insured retentions or deductibles and provide satisfactory evidence of financial responsibility for such obligations.
