Renewal or Replacement. At least fifteen (15) days prior to the expiration date of the Letter of Credit, Borrower shall either (i) cause the Letter of Credit to be amended to extend its expiration date, (ii) furnish a replacement Letter of Credit or (iii) provide cash to Xxxxxx Xxx in the amount of tax escrow deposits which would have been required at the time if Borrower had not elected to furnish the Letter of Credit.
Renewal or Replacement. (a) The renewal and replacement of my Card shall be at UAF’s sole and absolute discretion. If my Card is not renewed and/or replaced by UAF, the whole Statement Balance becomes due and payable immediately without any demand or notice from UAF.

The foregoing shall not affect the requirement that, notwithstanding the expiration date of the Letter of Credit, it will not expire until the Issuer has given the Lender at least 30 days' advance written notice.

(a) The Tenant shall provide the Landlord with a renewal or replacement letter of credit at least sixty (60) days before the date on which any letter of credit expires and shall immediately after any drawing by the Landlord on a letter of credit, deposit an additional letter of credit with the Landlord in the amount paid by the issuer of the letter of credit to the Landlord failing which, in either case, the Landlord may draw the full amount of the letter of credit and hold the funds as a security deposit pursuant to this Article 8;

The renewed Card shall be issued before the expiry date and I agree to promptly inform PrimeCredit in the event that I have not received the physical form renewed Card and/or I am unable to view or access the electronic form of my renewed Card in the relevant mobile applications after the relevant expiry date.

At least 30 days prior to the expiration date of any Additional Collateral Letter of Credit, the Borrower shall either (A) cause such Additional Collateral Letter of Credit to be amended to extend its expiration date, or (B) furnish a replacement Additional Collateral Letter of Credit. In either case, the amended Additional Collateral Letter of Credit or the replacement Additional Collateral Letter of Credit must (x) be in compliance with the requirements for letters of credit under the DUS Guide, and be from an Issuer which meets the Lender's requirements for ratings of issuers of acceptable letters of credit as set forth in the DUS Guide, (y) have a term of 364 days or more (unless a shorter term is approved in writing by the Lender), and (z) be in an amount sufficient to cause the Borrower to be in compliance with the requirements set forth in this Agreement.
