Additional Insureds. City, its officers, officials, employees, agents, and volunteers must be named as additional insureds with respect to any policy of general liability, automobile, or pollution insurance specified as required in Exhibit B or as may otherwise be specified by City’s Risk Manager.. The general liability additional insured coverage must be provided in the form of an endorsement to the Consultant’s insurance using ISO CG 2010 (11/85) or its equivalent; such endorsement must not exclude Products/Completed Operations coverage.

Additional Insureds. The Commercial General Liability, Business/Commercial Automobile Liability and Excess and/or Umbrella Liability policies procured by each Interconnected Entity (the “Insuring Interconnected Entity”) shall include each other Interconnection Party (the “Insured Interconnection Party”), and its respective officers, agents and employees as additional insureds, providing all standard coverages and covering liability of the Insured Interconnection Party arising out of bodily injury and/or property damage (including loss of use) in any way connected with the operations, performance, or lack of performance under this Interconnection Service Agreement.
Additional Insureds. The Commercial General Liability, Business/Commercial Automobile Liability and Excess and/or Umbrella Liability policies procured by each Constructing Entity (the “Insuring Constructing Entity”) shall include each other Construction Party (the “Insured Construction Party”), its officers, agents and employees as additional insureds, providing all standard coverages and covering liability of the Insured Construction Party arising out of bodily injury and/or property damage (including loss of use) in any way connected with the operations, performance, or lack of performance under this Interconnection Construction Service Agreement.
Additional Insureds. “The City of Costa Mesa and its elected and appointed boards, officers, officials, agents, employees, and volunteers are additional insureds with respect to: liability arising out of activities performed by or on behalf of the Consultant pursuant to its contract with the City; products and completed operations of the Consultant; premises owned, occupied or used by the Consultant; automobiles owned, leased, hired, or borrowed by the Consultant.”
Additional Insureds. The insurance policies specified in Section 2 (General Liability Insurance) and Section 3 (Automobile Liability Insurance) of Attachment R (Required Insurance) shall name Company as an additional insured, as its interests may appear, with respect to any and all third party bodily injury and/or property damage claims, including completed operations, arising from Seller's performance of this Agreement, and Seller shall submit to Company a copy of such additional insured endorsement with evidence of insurance as required herein. Seller shall promptly, and in no event later than five (5) Days after such cancellation, modification or non-renewal, provide written notice to Company should any of the insurance policies required under this Agreement be cancelled, materially modified, or not renewed upon expiration. Company acknowledges that the Facility Lender shall be entitled to receive and distribute any and all loss proceeds as stipulated by any Financing Documents related to any policy described in this Article 18 (Insurance) and Attachment R (Required Insurance). Evidence of Policies Provided to Company. Evidence of insurance for the coverage specified in this Article 18 (Insurance) shall be provided to Company within thirty (30) Days after the Effective Date or prior to the start of construction, whichever shall first occur. Within thirty (30) Days of any change of any policy and upon renewal of any policy, Seller shall provide certificates of insurance to Company. During the Term, Seller, upon Company's reasonable request, shall make available to Company for its inspection at Seller's designated location, certified copies of the insurance policies described in this Article 18 (Insurance) and Attachment R (Required Insurance). Receipt of any evidence if insurance showing less coverage than requested is not a waiver of Seller's obligations to fulfill the requirements. Deductibles. Company acknowledges that any policy required herein may contain reasonable deductibles or self-insured retentions, the amounts of which will be reviewed for acceptance by Company. Acceptance will not be unreasonably withheld. Any deductible shall be the responsibility of Seller.
Additional Insureds. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the commercial general liability and auto insurance carried by Tenant pursuant to this Lease, and any additional liability insurance carried by Tenant pursuant to Section 8.5 of this Lease or any other provision of this Lease, shall name Landlord, Landlord’s managing agent, and such other persons as Landlord may reasonably request from time to time as additional insureds with respect to liability arising out of or related to this Lease or the operations of Tenant (collectively “Additional Insureds”). Such insurance shall provide primary coverage without contribution from any other insurance carried by or for the benefit of Landlord, Landlord’s managing agent, or other Additional Insureds. Such insurance shall also waive any right of subrogation against each Additional Insured. For the avoidance of doubt, each primary policy and each excess/umbrella policy through which Tenant satisfies its obligations under this Section 8.7 must provide coverage to the Additional Insureds that is primary and non-contributory.
Additional Insureds. (08/19) For commercial general liability coverage, Contractor shall provide City with a blanket additional insured endorsement form that names the City of Portland, Oregon, and its officers, agents and employees, as an additional insured. The additional insured endorsement must be attached to the general liability certificate of insurance.

Additional Insureds. Contractor shall also provide a separate endorsement or section of the policy showing City, its officers, agents, employees, and volunteers as additional insureds for each type of coverage, except for Workers' Compensation. Such insurance shall specifically cover the contractual liability of Contractor. The additional insured coverage under the Contractor's policy shall be primary and noncontributory, as evidenced by a separate endorsement or section of the policy, and shall not seek contribution from City's insurance or self-insurance. In addition, the additional insured coverage shall be at least as broad as the Insurance Services Office (ISO) CG 20 01
Additional Insureds. All insurance coverages furnished except Professional Liability, Workers’ Compensation and Employers’ Liability shall include the CITY and its officers, elected officials, and employees as additional insureds with respect to the activities of the CONSULTANT and its Subconsultants. The CITY shall not by reason of their inclusion under these policies incur liability to the insurance carrier for payment of premium for these policies.
