Liability Coverage For the benefit of System Agency, Grantee will at all times maintain liability insurance coverage, referred to in Tex. Gov. Code § 2261.102, as “director and officer liability coverage” or similar coverage for all persons in management or governing positions within Grantee’s organization or with management or governing authority over Grantee’s organization (collectively “responsible persons”). Automobile Liability Coverage Consultant shall maintain automobile liability insurance covering bodily injury and property damage for all activities of the Consultant arising out of or in connection with the work to be performed under this Agreement, including coverage for owned, hired and non- owned vehicles, in an amount of not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) combined single limit for each occurrence.
General Liability and Automobile Liability Coverages a. City, its officers, agents, employees, and volunteers are to be included as insureds as respects damages and defense arising from: activities performed by or on behalf of Contractor, including the insured's general supervision of Contractor; products and completed operations of Contractor; premises owned, occupied, or used by Contractor; or automobiles owned, leased, hired, or borrowed by the Contractor. The coverage shall contain no special limitations on the scope of protection afforded to City, its officers, employees, or volunteers.
Umbrella Liability Insurance Liability on a following form basis with a limit $1,000,000 per occurrence in excess of all primary limits.
