Other Agents definition

Other Agents means, collectively, the Co-Syndication Agents and the Co-Documentation Agents.
Other Agents is defined in Section 10.15.

  • In addition, the Administrative Agent and the Banks may disclose the existence of this Agreement and information about this Agreement to market data collectors, similar service providers to the lending industry and service providers to the Administrative Agent, the Other Agents and the Banks in connection with the administration of this Agreement, the other Loan Documents, and the Commitments.
