  • In addition, the Administrative Agent and the Banks may disclose the existence of this Agreement and information about this Agreement to market data collectors, similar service providers to the lending industry and service providers to the Administrative Agent, the Other Agents and the Banks in connection with the administration of this Agreement, the other Loan Documents, and the Commitments.

  • Without limiting the foregoing, none of the Other Agents shall have or be deemed to have any fiduciary relationship with any Bank.
