Outside Parties definition

Outside Parties means any person or entity with whom the Municipality interacts including contractors and suppliers, consultants and members of the public.
Outside Parties means persons other than Starwood Mezzanine or any of its limited partners, SOFI IV or any of its limited partners, SCG or any entity controlled, directly or indirectly by SCG or Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxxxxx.
Outside Parties means an individual or organization who is not a member of the University Community. For the purposes of this policy individuals and groups contracted to supply Filming or Photography services to the university are not considered to be Outside Parties.

  • Supervised Persons are prohibited from receiving gifts of cash, cash equivalents (such as gift cards and gift certificates) and securities from Outside Parties.

  • Thus, normal and customary entertainment (e.g., concerts, exhibitions or games featuring local sports teams, where the person providing the entertainment is present), that is not frequent or “lavish” and does not influence the selection of vendors or other Outside Parties, is acceptable.

  • You may occasionally be invited to conferences or other events by Outside Parties, which include an offer of travel and/or lodging.

  • This policy does not prohibit the provision of occasional or nominal non-cash gift items, such as holiday gifts, to Outside Parties so long as the value of the gift(s) provided by a Supervised Person to any one recipient over a calendar year does not exceed $250.

  • Parties has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • Entities means event and competition organisers/promoters/managers, land and track owners/managers/administrators/lessees, CAMS affiliated clubs, state and territory governments and insured listed in CAMS’ public/product/professional indemnity insurance policies and each of their related bodies corporate (including their related bodies corporate) and each of their organs and agencies, officers/president/directors/executives, employees, servants, agents, partners, providers, members, competitors, drivers, co-drivers, navigators, officials, crew members, pit crew, delegates, licence holders, representatives, commissions, committees, advisers, trustees, councils, panels, shareholders, volunteers, officials, appointees, delegated bodies and sponsors.

  • Settling Parties means the Defendants and the Class Representatives, on behalf of themselves, the Plan, and each of the Class Members.

  • Seller Indemnified Parties has the meaning set forth in Section 8.1.

  • Concert Parties means such Persons as are deemed to be Acting in Concert with AbbVie pursuant to Rule 3.3 of Part A of the Takeover Rules.
