The Contractor must secure and maintain Commercial General Liability Insurance, including bodily injury, property damage, products, personal and advertising injury, and completed operations.
Contractor shall carry Automobile Liability Insurance covering all motor vehicles, including owned, hired, borrowed and non-owned vehicles, used in connection with the project.
The minimum acceptable limits shall be as indicated below: Commercial General Liability covering premises operations, independent contractors, products and completed operations, blanket contractual liability, personal injury (including death), advertising liability, and property damage, with a limit of not less than $1 million per occurrence/$2 million general aggregate; Contractor must comply with any applicable State Workers Compensation or Employers Liability Insurance requirements.
