Executive Board Members. The Executive Board shall consist of representatives of the Coordinator and of the Parties as agreed under Section 6.2.1 of this PCA (hereinafter referred to as “Executive Board Members”). Any changes to the membership of the Executive Board shall be subject to approval by the General Assembly. The Coordinator shall chair all meetings of the Executive Board, unless decided otherwise by a majority of two-thirds of the Executive Board Members.
