PURPOSE AND INTENT. The general purpose of this Agreement is to set forth terms and conditions of employment, and to promote orderly and peaceful labour relations for the mutual interest of the Company, the employees and the Union. The parties recognize that the success of the Company and the job security of the employees depending upon the Company's success in building a quality product and its ability to sell such product.
