GENDER AND. NUMBER For the purpose of this Agreement, the masculine or neuter form includes the masculine and feminine, the singular number includes the plural, and the plural number includes the singular, unless the context indicates otherwise.
GENDER AND. NUMBER The use of the masculine, feminine, or neuter gender, or of the singular or plural number, from time to time herein shall not be so construed as to require a particular implication therefrom, and any such gender or number may be implied as the context may require.
