Other Meetings. Other meetings of the Board shall be held at such times and places as the Board, the Chairman, the President or any director shall from time to time determine.
Other Meetings. During the Standstill Period (as such term is hereinafter defined), the Stockholders shall cause all Shares of Common Stock beneficially owned by them, and/or their Affiliates or Associates, as of the record date for any other meeting of stockholders of Arbinet, to be present for quorum purposes and to be voted, at such meeting or any adjournments or postponements thereof, in favor of any matter brought before such meeting upon the recommendation of the Board by a two-thirds ( 2/3rd) vote of those members voting; provided, however, that this provision will not restrict the Stockholders from voting as they deem appropriate in the exercise of their fiduciary duty with respect to a merger, tender offer, reorganization, recapitalization, sale of assets or other similar transaction that is submitted for stockholder approval at such meeting (it being understood that to the extent any such proposal includes the proposed election of an alternate slate of directors in lieu of directors nominated by Arbinet, the Stockholders, together with their Affiliates and Associates, will in all events be required to vote in favor of Arbinet’s nominees).
Other Meetings. In addition to the leave provided above for attendance at the Ohio Federation of Teachers Convention, ten (10) additional days leave shall be granted for attendance at Union regional, State or national professional meetings or other union business. The Union shall provide for all expenses including the cost of substitutes.

In addition, meetings will not be scheduled during the one-hour uninterrupted elementary continuous preparation time (Section 10.1.5.e). The intent of this Section is not to preclude individuals or team members from voluntarily meeting/planning together on the aforementioned days or preparation time. During such informal voluntary meetings, decisions affecting unit members will not be made.
Other Meetings. UFF may invite Employees to UFF events such as lunches, picnics, gatherings, dinners, and other events as determined by the UFF.
Other Meetings. Either party may, at reasonable intervals and on reasonable notice (not exceeding 20 Business Days) and with an agenda outline, convene a meeting of appropriate and relevant representatives of each party at the address of the Licensor set out in item 1 of the Details Schedule, or remotely if otherwise agreed by the parties, and the other party agrees to attend and participate in that meeting.
