Labor Agreement definition

Labor Agreement means any collective bargaining agreement or other Contract with any labor union, labor organization, or works council.

More Definitions of Labor Agreement

Labor Agreement means (i) any collective bargaining agreement or (ii) any other labor-related agreement, arrangement or understanding (other than agreements, arrangements or understandings, the terms of which are set forth by applicable Law) in each case, between the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, on the one hand, and a labor or trade union, labor organization or works council on the other hand.
