Employee Roster. After receipt of award and prior to starting work aboard the vessel, the contractor must submit a list of employees who will work aboard ship to the Commanding Officer of the ship via the NSA Security Office. The list should be on company letterhead, include each employee's name and security clearance when required, and bear the signature of a company official.

Employee Roster. ‌ The Municipality agrees to furnish the Association once each quarter with a roster of all employees working for the Department when same is required by the Association. Employee Roster. Each month the Employer shall provide the Union with a list of names, addresses, phone numbers, social security numbers, job classification, department or work area, shift, date of hire, rate of pay, and FTE status of those employees covered by this Agreement. Each month the Employer will also provide the Union with a list of names and addresses of new hires, terminations, and transfers into/out of the bargaining unit, along with date of hire/termination/transfer. Both of these lists shall be transmitted to the Union electronically in a mutually agreeable format.
