After receipt of award and prior to starting work aboard the vessel, the contractor must submit a list of employees who will work aboard ship to the Commanding Officer of the ship via the NSA Security Office. The list should be on company letterhead, include each employee's name and security clearance when required, and bear the signature of a company official.
