The decision of Commanding Officer shall be final in respect of quality of item supplied.
Specifically, the Contractor shall: – Conform to the specific safety requirements established by this contract or in a TO; – Observe all rules and regulations issued by the installation Commanding Officer pertaining to fire, safety, security, sanitation, severe weather, admission to the installation, and conduct not directly addressed in this contract; – Take all reasonable steps and precautions to prevent accidents and preserve the life and health of the Government and Contractor personnel.
