Commanding Officer definition

Commanding Officer means the officer of the RCMP, resident in the Province, appointed by the Commissioner to command the Division;
Commanding Officer means a commissioned officer or warrant officer in a position of command, or a commissioned officer in charge when he or she is administering nonjudicial punishment pursuant to section 28-3.1-114.
