Employee Compensation. The wages, salaries and other compensation paid to employees who will be employed for the benefit of the Project, and to others who perform special services for the benefit of the Project, to the extent not otherwise paid through a Cash Management System, shall be paid by Owner from a Project Account pursuant to this Section 9.2.

Employee Compensation. Suffer any material increase in excess of the reasonable range in the broadcast industry in the same or similar markets in compensation payable or to become payable to any employees, or any bonus payment made or promised to any employee, or any material change in personnel policies, insurance benefits or other compensation arrangements affecting any employees, provided that nothing in this clause shall be construed to limit or restrict the commission compensation of employees who may be selling brokered time for the Borrower.
Employee Compensation. A. The basic compensation schedule for all bargaining unit members is incorporated in Appendix A of this Agreement.

The Buyer or the Buyer’s Property manager shall be responsible for paying all salary and employee benefit obligations in connection with the employment or work of the Employees on or after the Closing Date, including any obligations under the Employment Acts arising as of or after the Closing Date. The Buyer shall indemnify and hold the Seller and the Manager harmless for any liabilities, obligations, costs, expenses and damages incurred by the Seller and the Manager and any claims, demands, actions and administrative proceedings (including, without limitation, all reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs incurred in connection therewith) relating to, arising from or in connection with the Buyer’s failure to comply with its obligations under this Section.

Employee Compensation. Seller shall pay in full all amounts due under any employment contracts with any employees of Seller performing services on the premises including, without limitation, any payroll, F.I.C.A., accrued vacation and sick pay, contributions to employee-medical or pension funds, any employee benefits, employee-related taxes and any amounts payable under such employment contracts, and Seller indemnifies, defends and holds Buyer harmless from any claims respecting same. Seller and Buyer agree that Buyer is not hiring any of Seller’s employees.
Employee Compensation. A. Longevity payments shall be added to the hourly rate of all bargaining unit members according to the following schedule. Employees who complete the specified years of service in the bargaining unit shall begin receiving the appropriate, non-cumulative longevity payment on the first full payroll following their anniversary date. Employees with ten (10) or more years of service in the unit $.15/hr Employees with fifteen (15) or more years of service in the unit $.20/hr Employees with twenty (20) or more years of service in the unit $.25/hr Employees with twenty five (25) or more years of service in the unit $.30/hr Employees with thirty (30) or more years of service in the unit $.35/hr Employees hired after the ratification of the 2009-12 contract (06-03-10) will not be eligible for longevity payments.
Employee Compensation. For services rendered to the District during the work year, each employee shall be paid in accordance with the rate schedule in Appendix A and the addition of Appendix B of this Agreement. The rates of pay for any future positions within the bargaining unit, which do not now appear on the above schedule, shall be subject to negotiations between the BOARD and the UNION.
