Common use of Employee Compensation Clause in Contracts

Employee Compensation. For services rendered to the District during the work year, each employee shall be paid in accordance with the rate schedule in Appendix A and the addition of Appendix B of this Agreement. The rates of pay for any future positions within the bargaining unit, which do not now appear on the above schedule, shall be subject to negotiations between the BOARD and the UNION.
