Nothing in this Clause. 13.2 shall be effective to create a charge or other security interest.

Nothing in this Clause. 7.6 shall operate so as to relieve the Station Facility Owner or the Beneficiary Neither the giving of any such consent (in the case of the Beneficiary) nor any other action (in the case of either party) shall relieve a sub-contracting party of its obligations under this Agreement and eachsuch party shall remain responsible for the acts and omissions of any sub-contractor as if they were the acts and omissions of that party.
