Personnel Policies. Company's personnel policies apply to all of Company's employees including Employee and describe additional terms and conditions of employment of Employee. Those terms and conditions, as they may be revised from time to time by Company, are incorporated by reference into this Employment Agreement. Company reserves the right to revise the personnel policies from time to time, as Company deems necessary. If any personnel policy provision conflicts with a provision of this Employment Agreement, the terms of this Employment Agreement shall govern. EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT - PAGE 2 3
Personnel Policies. The School shall adopt, update, and adhere to personnel policies. These policies must be made readily accessible from the School’s website or school office, as described in Section 11.4.1. If the policy is not available from the School’s website, the School shall submit the current policy to the Commission.

Employee shall conduct himself at all times in a businesslike and professional manner as appropriate for a person in his position and shall represent the Company in all respects as complies with good business and ethical practices. In addition, Employee shall be subject to and abide by the policies and procedures of the Company applicable to personnel of the Company, as adopted from time to time.

Except as otherwise provided herein, Employee's employment shall be subject to the personnel policies which apply generally to employees at the same level as the Employee, and any code or codes of ethics adopted by the Corporation or its Affiliates from time to time, as the same may be interpreted, adopted, revised or deleted from time to time by the Corporation in its sole discretion, during the term of this Agreement.

The general personnel policies of the Company (as said policies may exist from time to time) will apply to Employee with the same force and effect as to any other employee of the Company, except to the extent such general personnel policies are inconsistent with the terms and provisions of this Agreement, in which event the terms and provisions of this Agreement shall control.

PERSONNEL POLICIES, GENERAL WORK RULES & BENEFITS PORTFOLIO [COMMONLY REFERRED TO AS EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK OR MANUAL] EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 1996, as same may be modified from time to time.
Personnel Policies. Except as otherwise provided herein, Executive’s employment shall be subject to the personnel policies that apply generally to the Company’s executives in the same or similar positions to that of Executive, as the same may be interpreted, adopted, revised or terminated from time to time during the Employment Period by the Company in its sole discretion.

Executive hereby waives any past, present or future entitlement, if any, to termination pay offered by the Company to its non-contract employees.
