Common use of Employee Compensation Clause in Contracts

Employee Compensation. A. Longevity payments shall be added to the hourly rate of all bargaining unit members according to the following schedule. Employees who complete the specified years of service in the bargaining unit shall begin receiving the appropriate, non-cumulative longevity payment on the first full payroll following their anniversary date. Employees with ten (10) or more years of service in the unit $.15/hr Employees with fifteen (15) or more years of service in the unit $.20/hr Employees with twenty (20) or more years of service in the unit $.25/hr Employees with twenty five (25) or more years of service in the unit $.30/hr Employees with thirty (30) or more years of service in the unit $.35/hr Employees hired after the ratification of the 2009-12 contract (06-03-10) will not be eligible for longevity payments.
