Emergencies and Safety. The safety of all occupants of the facility is a primary concern of the Xxxx Galleria Centre. Any unsafe condition or activity should be reported immediately to Xxxx Galleria Centre Public Safety and to the lessee. Within any work area and throughout the property, the following guidelines will be strictly enforced: • Personnel will abstain from drinking alcoholic beverages and from using illegal substances of any kind. • Personnel will refrain from roughhousing, fighting or practical jokes and will abstain from speeding or reckless use of vehicles and equipment. • To ensure the safety of exhibitors and attendees during move-in, show, and move-out, all privately owned vehicles must use the outside dock area for move-in and move-out only. Contracted security will coordinate with Centre Public Safety in developing a dock-marshaling plan. • No gasoline, kerosene, diesel fuel or other flammable liquids may be stored – permanently or temporarily –inside the building. Refueling must be accomplished a minimum of fifty (50) feet beyond the exterior of the building. • Access to fire exit doors and corridors must be maintained throughout move-in, show, and move-out. • Oil spills, loose or missing floor box covers or any other visible safety hazard must be reported immediately to the event coordinator. • Passenger elevators and escalators shall not be used to transport freight, including hand trucks, floats and similar equipment. • Working personnel are not permitted to loiter or take breaks in public areas of the building. • Exhibits that demonstrate or include target shooting, ball throwing, dart tossing and/or any other similar activity must provide adequate safeguards to protect patrons and the equipment of the Xxxx Galleria Centre. Such activities must be approved in advance and adhere to all life safety codes. Exhibition Cleaning and Trash Removal Lessee and its service contractor are responsible for the complete removal of bulk trash, crates, pallets, packing materials and lumber prior to show opening and during move-out. "Bulk trash" is defined as material that cannot be removed with a broom. Pallets and large pieces of lumber and similar trash may not be placed in the Xxxx Galleria Centre trash compactors or open top dumpsters, but should be removed off the premises by the service contractor. Lessee will be billed per trash haul per exhibit hall with a minimum of one charge xxx xxxx. The decorator must leave the halls and ballrooms in “broom swept condition.”...

Emergency Action If, in the reasonable opinion of AusNet Services there is an Emergency at the Customer’s Site, AusNet Services is entitled: to Disconnect or Dismantle the Connection Point; to enter the Customer’s Site; or to take any other reasonable action, if it is necessary to do so to avoid or remove an immediate threat of injury or damage. Emergency Assistance If either Party requests assistance in an Emergency, the other Party must advise whether it is able to provide assistance. If that Party is able to provide the assistance requested, that Party must provide the assistance requested and do so as agent for the Party receiving the assistance. Safety Information Subject to clause 5.3(c), each Party must promptly provide to the other Party reasonably detailed information concerning any Emergency. Subject to clause 5.3(c) a Party that has a safety concern that does not constitute an Emergency may make use of the provisions of clauses 4.6(c) and 4.6(d), while noting the provisions of clause 4.6(e). A Party shall not be required to provide to the other Party with any information referred to in clause 5.3(a) which is subject to legal professional privilege. Information Provision of Information If a Party’s Facilities are altered in any way, that Party must provide to the other Party, within a reasonable time, the following information, where applicable and relevant to the other Party, to enable the other Party to record the alteration in its documents and drawings: a functional description of the new or altered Facilities; dimensions referenced to station coordinates and elevation; route plan and profile of underground cables and overhead lines; and any other information reasonably requested by the other Party. Provision of Drawings A Party (in this clause called the Providing Party) upon the request of the other Party (in this clause called the Requesting Party) may provide drawings and/or other technical information. These drawings and/or other material remain the property of the Providing Party and are provided to the Requesting Party only for the purposes of this Agreement. On request from the Providing Party the drawings must be either returned to the Providing Party or destroyed. The Requesting Party is not permitted to make use of the drawings on any other project without the prior written approval of the Providing Party. THE GENERATIN COMPANY will write down the orders and instructions on a temporary basis, by the strictly necessary time, for reasons of general interest, national emergency, emergency in the national interconnected system, or safety of people, is imparted by the MINISTRY and / or the Center of Load Dispatch of ENEE .- As soon as such circumstances disappear, the relationship should again be governed by the contractual clauses described in this Operation Contract. If during the timeliness any loss would have been caused to the GENERATING COMPANY, the State must indemnify. In case of disagreement on the calculation of compensation, the pinion of the National Energy Commission shall be requested, and if no agreement is reached even with this opinion, the Party concerned may seek for arbitration within ninety (90) days from which the temporary condition ceases exist undergoing the procedure defined in the Conciliation and Arbitration Act contained in Legislative Decree N0. 151-2000 dated October 17, 2000, published on February 14, 2001.

It is the Participant’s responsibility to ensure that they have been given a guided health and safety tour of the fire exits, fire alarms and drill/evacuation procedure and fire meeting point. Any Participant using the buildings basement or vault rooms MUST ensure that another Participants are aware they are ‘down’ there. Participants must never block access to extinguishers and they must report any such hazards or damage immediately. In the event of an evacuation, leave the building promptly from the nearest exit, do not stop to pack up computer equipment or other personal items. Regular testing of alarms is the responsibility of all Full-Time Participants. The Space is equipped with emergency signs, fire extinguishers, first aid kits and risk assessments. The Space received a ‘Certificate of Conformity’ from Chubb in November 2011, ‘site equipment fully maintained to standard – service no. 15825’.
