Examples of Accessing Party in a sentence

If any equipment relating to Your Energy supply is located behind a locked door or gate, You will need to arrange for the Accessing Party to gain access.
If any Accessing Party reasonably believes that there is immediate danger to persons, property or Premises, that Accessing Party may take reasonable steps to gain access without Your permission.
